Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper.
    Drain off fat and stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper and heat through.
    Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover; bake 1 hour
    in 350\u00b0 oven.
