Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oleo
    4 mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 eggs, beaten well
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream the oleo and sugar. Blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt together and stir into banana mixture, alternating with buttermilk. Add nuts and mix well.
    Pour into well-greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
