Crab Or Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 oz.) chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. raw rice (using c. measure of rice cooker)
    1 lb. crabmeat or crawfish tails (shrimp may be used)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into rice cooker.
    Cook until done.
    Do not cook ahead.
