Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
unsliced bread, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation

Blend the two cheeses together in a double boiler.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cheese mixture.
Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture and arrange cubes on baking sheet.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
When ready to serve, brown cubes in a 375\u00b0 oven and serve warm with salads or light summer meals. Good!
