Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. ripe tomatoes
4 green onions
4 green peppers
8 hot peppers
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Drain off juice from cooked tomatoes.
Mix vegetables, salt and sugar.
Cook slowly about 3 1/2 hours.
Add vinegar and spices; can.
Makes 5 pints.
