Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 c. water
dash of salt
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a medium size saucepan; stir and cover tightly.
Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until carrots are tender and glazed and most of liquid has cooked away. Stir to coat.
