Skillet Chilli Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans or other choice
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    garlic (if desired)
Preparation
    Brown meat with onions and green pepper in a large skillet. Add beans with liquid to meat after all redness is gone.
    Pour in tomato sauce, salt and chili powder.
    Stir and simmer on low heat. Occasionally, stir until chili is desired thickness, about 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
