Easy Company Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can real bacon bits
1 bottle Ranch dressing

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Stir in Ranch dressing right before serving.
