Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. instant potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. diced green onions
Preparation
    Mix the mashed potatoes into the hot water on the mixer, using a flat beater.
    Add the salt, cream cheese and sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Add the grated cheese and the green onions.
    Blend in. Pour into a buttered deep pan.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until hot through.
