Fresh Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 slices bread, cubed
    dash of garlic
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Wash, cook and drain spinach.
    Combine spinach, soup, egg, nutmeg and cheese.
    Put in a 2 to 3-quart casserole.
    Toss bread crumbs in melted butter; add garlic and red pepper.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
