Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy, add vanilla, oil and zucchini.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to liquid ingredients.
    Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake for one hour at 325\u00b0.
