Easy Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. water
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. mashed potato flakes
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken; drain and save broths.
    Saute celery and onion in large skillet coated with nonstick spray.
    Add 3 cups chicken broth, water and milk.
    Bring to boil.
    Add corn and potato flakes. Stir in cheese.
    Cook on low for 5 minutes and serve.
