Oven Wedge Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large baking potatoes
    1 tsp. oil
    seasoning salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut potatoes into quarters.
    Then cut each quarter into wedges (1/4 to 1/3-inch wide).
    Coat cookie sheet with oil.
    Lay wedges on cookie sheet, one side down.
    Bake in oven about 7 minutes or until they start to brown, then flip potatoes over and sprinkle seasoning over top.
    Bake 7 more minutes or until brown and potatoes are done.
    Makes 4 servings.
