Vegetable Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 small carrots
1 small onion
1 small cucumber
1 small green bell pepper
salt
White or red pepper
Preparation

Grate or grind the four vegetables.
Drain well.
Add mayonnaise to cream cheese and mix well.
Add drained vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
