Cape Sante Alla Veneziana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. bay scallops
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt, pepper and lemon juice
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs made from Italian bread
    1 good size clove garlic
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Stir-fry scallops in olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Butter a small baking dish and transfer scallops.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Mix bread crumbs, garlic and parsley and sprinkle over scallops.
    Baste generously with melted butter and broil 4 inches from broiler until crumbs turn golden.
    Serve with lemon wedges (six portions).
