Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream together\tsugar,\tflour, salt and margarine.
    Add eggs (one at
    a\ttime), buttermilk and lemon extract.
    Cook in unbaked pie shell at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
