Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine all filling ingredients and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 1 pie.
