South Of The Border Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. instant mashed potatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 envelope chili seasoning mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare chili as directed using beef, water, tomatoes and beans.
    In medium bowl, beat together egg, milk and oil.
    In a small bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, potato flakes, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add to egg mixture and mix well.
    Spoon chili mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
    Drop corn bread mixture by tablespoonfuls into hot chili.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
