Cheesecake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    5 Tbsp. butter
    26 graham cracker squares, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt chips and butter over low heat.
    Remove from heat; stir in crushed crackers.
    Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture.
    Press remaining mixture in ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.
    Bake 10 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
