Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 c. sugar, sifted
5 large eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 1/4 c. sweet milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and shortening well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa together.
Add alternately with milk.
Add vanilla and beat well.
Coat tube pan heavily with Crisco.
(I always line my tube pan with wax paper on bottom, cut to fit.) Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
