Peas And Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. June peas, drained
2 c. asparagus, drained and cut into 2 pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 pimento, cut
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
1 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
dash of paprika
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients well, except for the butter.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Pour butter over the top.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8.
