Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 2 c. diced Velveeta, melted
Preparation
    Note:
    Two cups water and 1 cup raw rice equals 2 cups cooked rice.
