3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. toasted ground pecans
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
sliced fresh chili peppers (optional)
