Pork Chops And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    4 to 5 apples, cored and sliced
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Flour and brown chops on both sides.
    Place in single layer in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with 4 or 5 apples, cored and sliced. Mix together and sprinkle over top the brown sugar, raisins, salt, pepper and sage.
    Mix the hot water and vinegar; pour over all. Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
