Festive Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. shredded coconut
    2 c. carrots, shredded
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat
    sugar and eggs with mixer until light and fluffy. Then add
    cooking
    oil
    and
    beat 2 minutes more.
    Add rest in order given.
    Bake
    in
    350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until done in 13 x 9-inch pan.
