French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup angel flake coconut
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 F for 45- 50 minutes.
