Great Oven Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Pick of The Chix
1 envelope dry onion soup
1 small bottle Thousand Island dressing
8 oz. apricot jam

Preparation

Combine soup mix, dressing and jam.
Mix well (no lumps!). Wash and skin chicken.
Pat dry; overlap chicken in large, flat Pyrex or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours, 1 hour, covered and 1 hour, uncovered.
