Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 medium onion, minced
    8 oz. fully cooked ground beef
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Parboil peppers in boiling water 5 minutes, drain.
    Mix rice, onion,
    meat
    and
    1/2
    cup
    cheese.
    Generously
    stuff peppers with mixture;
    top\twith
    remaining
    1/2
    cup
    cheese. Place upright in shallow baking pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until stuffing is hot and topping browned.
    Makes 4 servings.
