Winter Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    6 carrots (1/2-inch pieces)
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Can be cooked for a full day in large crock-pot.
