Consomme Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans beef consomme soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Cut onion fine and brown in margarine in saucepan.
    Mix consomme, rice, onion and margarine in casserole dish.
    Cover and cook in a 325\u00b0 oven 1 hour and 15 minutes.
