Garlic Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices day-old bread
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 crushed clove garlic
Preparation
    Trim crust from bread; cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
    In a heavy skillet heat salad oil and garlic.
    Add bread cubes; saute until golden brown and crisp.
    Makes 3 cups.
