Veal Ragout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. veal shoulder
    2 large tomatoes
    2 medium green peppers
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 large onion
    salt and paprika
Preparation
    Cut veal in cubes; brown in hot pan with small amount of oil. Add vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
    Put in casserole dish, cover and cook in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
