Low-Fat Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 gal. skim milk
    1 box Egg Beaters
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 cans skimmed milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    32 pkg. Equal
Preparation
    Scald about a quart of milk.
    Mix Egg Beaters, sugar and cornstarch and add to scalded milk. Continue to cook until mixture thickens. Cool and add Equal, vanilla and canned milk.
    Add enough milk to fill a 1 gallon freezer.
    You can make any flavor, banana nut is delicious.
