Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and cool.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Add bread cubes; stir well.
    Add cheese, mushrooms and sausage.
    Put in greased 9 x 13-inch dish and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until firm and gold around the edges.
