Bud'S Red Potatoes And Rosemary - cooking recipe

5 to 6 unpeeled medium red potatoes (about 2 lb.)
3 to 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
salt and pepper
rosemary (about 3 Tbsp.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch slices. Melt butter and pour 1/2 of it into large shallow baking pan. Layer potatoes in rows with each slice overlapping the next. Drizzle the remaining butter over all. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper and a generous helping of rosemary.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
