Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 to 6 lb.) chicken
1 pkg. noodles
3 to 4 chopped green peppers
3 to 4 chopped onions
1 qt. (4 c.) milk
8 Tbsp. margarine
8 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Old English cheese
1/2 lb. American cheese
2 cans mushroom pieces
1 to 2 jars chopped pimentos
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender; remove chicken.
Skim fat from broth and boil 1 package noodles in broth; drain.
Chop peppers and onions; saute in margarine.
