Cranberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. fresh cranberries
    2 c. water
    grated rind and juice of a large orange
    2 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Bring cranberries and water to a boil in a covered heavy pot. Boil 5 minutes.
    Run through a blender and strain into a small heavy pot.
    Add juice, rind and sugar and boil for 25 minutes. Strain into a jar and refrigerate.
    Delicious on ice cream, yogurt or waffles.
