Cantaloupe Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cantaloupe, seeded and sliced
    2 c. fresh peas or 1 (10 oz.) frozen peas
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1/3 c. sliced green onion
    2/3 c. watercress, finely chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. shredded lemon peel
    lettuce
Preparation
    Cook fresh peas in small amount of water 10 to 12 minutes (or place frozen peas in colander and run cold water to thaw). Combine watercress, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon peel, mustard and pepper. Stir into chicken mixture and chill. Arrange plates with lettuce and arrange cantaloupe slices atop.
    Add chicken mixture.
