Jade Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. lime jello
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. nuts (pecans are best)
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Let pineapple boil for 3 minutes.
    Add jello and boil 2 more minutes.
    Cool.
    Add cottage cheese, nuts and whipped cream.
    Fold all together and pour into mold.
    Chill and serve.
    This was always a must for any special occasion.
