Sausage Okra Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. link beef sausage
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. frozen okra
Preparation

Cut sausage into bite size pieces and brown in Dutch oven. Saute onion and bell pepper with sausage.
Add tomatoes, soup and okra.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 30 to 40 minutes over low heat.
Serve with cornbread and salad.
