Chili Cheese Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded Jack cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Melt butter in 9-inch square pan.
    In large bowl, beat eggs.
    Stir in flour, salt and baking powder. Add melted butter.
    Stir in chilies, cottage cheese and Jack cheese.
    Mix until blended.
    Turn into buttered pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
    Cool slightly and cut in squares.
