Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. white or brown rice (uncooked)
    1 medium head green cabbage
    1 c. cider vinegar
    water
Preparation
    Clean cabbage, remove core and separate leaves. In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, chopped onions, salt, pepper and uncooked rice. Make into 8 to 10 meatballs.
