Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar.
    In a separate bowl combine eggs, vanilla, coconut and milk.
    Butter a large pie plate and add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until brown.
    This makes its own crust.
