Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. cut walnuts
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa.
    Mix well.
    Add margarine and milk; mix well. Cook on high until candy thermometer reaches 230\u00b0.
    Turn off fire and add walnuts and vanilla. Beat for about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens!
    Pour into well-greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch glass dish!
    Pam works well!
    Let cool and cut into squares! Store in tightly closed container!
    Freezes well!
