Artichoke Nibblers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichokes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
    oregano to taste
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 drops Tabasco
    3 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil of 1 jar artichokes.
    Cut up artichokes and saute with onion and garlic.
    Beat eggs; add cheese and all other ingredients.
    Mix.
    Bake in 7 x 11-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool and cut.
    (Can freeze.)
