Margaret'S Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cubed zucchini
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing
    1 c. melted butter
    2 c. chicken, cut in chunks (optional)
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion for 5 minutes.
    Drain well. Mix in sour cream and soup.
    Mix stuffing and butter.
    Put most of crumbs in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Save some for top.
