Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. broccoli
4 c. milk
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar or honey
1/2 large onion, chopped fine
1/4 to 1/2 stick butter
some broccoli water
Preparation
-
Cook broccoli until tender.
Mix milk, cheese, onion, sugar and butter.
Add broccoli to milk.
Add 1/2 cup broccoli water; cook.
