Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, sliced carrots
    1 1/2 c. croutons
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/4 c. half and half
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Add cooked carrots and coat with butter.
    Stir in croutons and cheese.
    In a small bowl, mix half and half, Worcestershire sauce, eggs and salt.
    Add mixture to casserole and mix with other ingredients. Bake, uncovered, at
    400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 6.
