Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 boneless chicken breasts, boiled
    can of cream of chicken soup
    Cup of sour cream
    1 stick of margarine
    1 tube of Ritz crackers
    4 Tbsp. of poppy seeds
Preparation
    Cook chicken and pull apart into small strips.
    Mix together sour cream and chicken soup.
    Mix chicken into the soup mixture. Melt a stick of butter in a frying pan and crumble the Ritz crackers into butter.
    Add poppy seeds.
    Cook on low heat until crispy (not brown).
    Butter a Pyrex dish and pour chicken into dish.
    Add the cracker mixture on top.
    Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
