Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. instant dry potatoes
    1 c. plain flour
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, dry potatoes, flour and warm water.
    Let stand covered (not in refrigerator) 12 hours.
    This will not rise only bubble, then keep in refrigerator 5 days, then feed with ingredients every 3 to 5 days.
    Take one cup starter out to make bread and return remaining starter to refrigerator.
    If you do not make bread, throw 1 cup of starter away, but it must be fed.
